Use the search bar on the homepage or apply filters such as district, city, price, bedrooms, bathrooms, property type and amenities.

Open the property page and click the WhatsApp or Contact Agent button.

Yes. Gedarak.lk only connects buyers and sellers. Final prices are agreed between both parties.

Click the heart icon on any property. You must be logged in before saving favourites.

Open the Favourites page from the sidebar to view every property you've saved.

Yes. Click the heart icon again to remove it from your favourites.

Open a property and press the Share button. You can send it through WhatsApp, Facebook, Messenger or copy the link.

Yes. If sharing isn't supported on your device, Gedarak.lk automatically copies the property link.

Click the Post Property button on the homepage and complete every required field before submitting.

Every property is reviewed before appearing publicly. Please wait for approval.

Yes. After we build the Profile page, you'll be able to edit or remove your own listings.

Browsing is free, but saving favourites and posting properties requires an account.

Password recovery will be available in a future update.

Yes. Personal information is never shown publicly without your permission.

Open the Report Problem page and provide the property details.

We review submitted listings, but buyers should always inspect the property before making payments.

Never send money before inspecting the property and confirming the seller's identity.

Yes. Use the "For Rent" filter in the Filters section.

Yes. Use the minimum and maximum price filters or type phrases like "under 5 million" in the search bar.

Yes. Use the bedroom filter or type "3 bedroom house" in the search bar.
